La Forge was announced as ‘European Winery of the Year’ in 2020 at the Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Awards. The Pays d’Oc producer was formed by the meeting of three different worlds of winemaking: France, Australia, and Italy, as winemakers from all three nations had a hand in establishing this winery.
La Forge wines are generally produced from low-yielding vines, and this Chardonnay is no different. Partially aged in barrels, flavours of vanilla and honey flavours work alongside tropical fruits and floral elements, to create a rich and mellow white wine.
Perfect with creamy pasta dishes, grilled fish, or mushrooms dishes.
